1. I received an email from a friend asked me to sponsor her bike tour for National MS Society. So I clicked on the link in the email, followed the instructions, and donated. The process was nothing difficult, but it could’ve been a whole lot easier if only they’d use PayPal or Google Checkout. Then I would not have to fill out 14 fields and type in my 15-digit credit card number (which does not get easier, only more annoying, each time).

If I’m asking for money, I’d try to make it as easy as possible for you to give me the money. That’s all I’m saying.

2. Can we call information design just as it is? Why “information architecture”? Is it because it makes what you do sound better and grander than it is?
