How many times have that happened to you? You buy a product based on its price, and ended up paying extra for a new product after weeks of frustration and anxiety. Not to mention all that time you spend on the phone with the imbecile customer service rep. And to think - you could’ve just spent the extra money at front and save all the trouble.

I’m not gonna badmouth any companies. To any small business owners out there: think twice before paying for a cheap computer, printer, or consultant. And for your own business, think about all the bad experiences you’ve had on the other side of the counter, and try not to screw your customers or clients.
